1 only
B
Correct
2 and 3 only
C
1 and 3 only
D
1, 2 and 3
Official Solution & Explanation:
Correct Answer: Option B(केवल 2 और 3)
Statement 1 is incorrect because the OPCW is an autonomous global treaty-based body (headquartered in The Hague) with a relationship agreement with the United Nations, not an agency of the EU. Statements 2 and 3 are correct: OPCW inspects industrial chemical production facilities to prevent chemical weapons emergence and assists member states facing chemical threats. Hence, 2 and 3 only is correct.
