भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 345 के अंतर्गत किसी राज्य की राजभाषा या भाषाएं अपनाने की प्रक्रिया का उल्लेख है। इसके अनुसार किसी राज्य का विधानमंडल विधि द्वारा उस राज्य में प्रयोग होने वाली भाषाओं में से किसी एक या अधिक भाषाओं को या हिंदी को उस राज्य के सभी या किन्हीं राजकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए अंगीकृत कर सकेगा। अनुच्छेद 343 संघ की राजभाषा, अनुच्छेद 344 राजभाषा आयोग तथा अनुच्छेद 346 पत्रादि की राजभाषा से संबंधित है।
